Last month I was going over my bank statement for the past few months and saw a recurring payment I attributed to another company and cancelled the subscription to that company immediately. This month the same payment was taken out again. I did some research and found out that I had never subscribed to their services at all. They had been taking money out of my account since October of last year. I got the run around trying to get in contact with them, and I am still unsure if the service is truly cancelled. I feel cheated and want my money back.
