I purchased a poster for my boyfriend for his birthday. It was a ghostbusters movie poster with the casts autographs on it. The website said it was guaranteed authentic and came with a certificate of authenticity. When the poster arrived, and I gave it to him as his gift, he started looking at the autographs and comparing them to others online. They looked very different than what I had purchased. I contacted the company twice asking them how we could resolve this. There was no response from them. This went on for 2 weeks. Finally, last weekend I had enough and emailed them back saying it was rude and unprofessional to ignore your customers and that if I didn't hear from them, I would have to express this on the Internet. I then received an email right back saying that they were issuing me a full refund. This was 3 days ago, I still haven't gotten my money back. I have emailed them once since, and haven't gotten a response back.
