While trying to complete a change of address form with the USPS - this companies website pops up instead - it misleads you into believing you are filling out a USPS form. They scam the consumer for $19.99. I immediately called back and they offered a $10 refund - instead of the full amount, despite the fact that their services were not wanted or used. They are thieves.
