They sold me a 2 year protection plan for my cell phone about a year ago. I needed a replacement phone on May 29th. I filed a claim. They told me 1 to 3 business days. A RICK LEWIS there claims manager then emails me that the phone was shipped wrong and will take an extra week. Next week it is being delayed due to Florida weather. The next week his excuse is that Coral Springs Police Dept is investigating Fraudulent claims and all claims are being delayed. Im told if I send police report that my phone should be shipped that week. I fax and email police report. That was last week. Now they ignore my emails. BEWARE....they are thieves.

  • Wow we have the exact same complaint same exact situation with some differences in shipping. Its been over 3 weeks now with minimal response. They have no problem taking your deductible though :(

Paul, did you receive a response or get this resolved yet? Is there hope?
