After graduating college I went to a few companies to help rebuild my credit. After the restructuring the company referred me to Nationwide Fleet auto Sales in Tulsa, OK who help me get a vehicle loan.
The vehicle cost $16,500 and I put $2500.00 down. After 6 month to a year they stated I should be able to refinance at a lower interest rate. I agreed; I picked out a vehicle a 2005 Chrysler 300C.
Directly afterward I had suspension concerning my paperwork; Certain things weren't adding up, so I requested my original contract.
It's been a year and a half and I still have not receive my original contract. In the interim I was told that my contract had been sold to Global Acceptance finance. I contacted them and was told I owed $20,000.00.
Well you could imagine the shock. I purchased the vehicle for $16,500.00(original cost)plus/ minus $2500.00 down (from original cost) with a payment of $428 a month for 18 months(no late payments or penalties) and now I owe more than I paid originally."HOW"

I been told they are sure where is the original paperwork,therefore i brought my paperwork into office and have bank account and receipts,yet still they say I owe this amount.

Now they have repossessed my vehicle stating I am UN-cooperated, I do not agree with new contract. I will not sign any papers, so they stated they can in-act a general repossession. By the way they forged my signature and came to my apartment complex on private property telling them I signed the forms which the tow truck driver had with him.
I was out of town in North Carolina testing for law school.

1). Since then they have repossessed my vehicle
2). Withdrawing money from my account for payment
3). Not honor refinance agreement
4). threaten to charge me with harassment
5). Not allow me to get my possessions( 06/24/2013- they allow me to get my possessions)
6). Threaten to put repo record on my credit report.

Please help!!!
I have paid to them $11228.00 minus interest,but still not $20,000.
