went to the trusted site USPS.comto change my address submit the form was unaware the charge was going to be a 19.99 when it was only supposed to be a $1.00 fee. tried to call the company and also go on to their site its not a valid phone number nor the change my address.com is not a valid trusted side. I'd like my refund of $19.99
