This site is definately frudulent and gurantee to loose money without you knowing it while signing for it. Beware! Do not visit this site and do not give your credit card number.

I clicked on the site while visiting local TV station and news article (later found it was a trick ad) saying that local TV reporter has checked the site and found no fraud and how good it is. Whe n I signed up and gave my credit card number, I had no idea they will be charging $99 to join the site. I did not see any mention of charges or asking my approval and confirmation of the charges ( legitimate sites like amazon.xom or ebay). There was no e-mail notifying me about the charge. Only way I found was from my credit card statement (while reviewing activities next day). I complained right away (Monday, 27Jun2011), they issued me some Refund Request number and asked me to submit claim on their site using the Refund Request Number. Although the message I received after my refund request said they will get back with me in 24-hours, I received an e-mail on Thursday, 30 Jun 2011 denying my request. Today, 02 July 11< i called them and they said they will escalate my request but will not transfer to the supervisor.

I called my credit card company, Chase bank notifying the problem and disputing the charges. I also asked them to investigate this company for fraud.

This company is definately fradulent and operates on fringes of legality with offices in foreign country, Canada. I suspect all the biddings are fraud also, I was bidding on i-pad and the bid was already almost $200 and still going on. Same way with iphone. Also, each time you are bidding the auction, you are paying from your bid points on top of what you will be paying to purchase the product. They are racking those bid point charges from everybody who is bidding. Also, you may be bidding against company's own personnel too. On top of that, you cannot be sure you will get the product if you are successful winners.

There are some people on this site trying to defend this company but I suspect they are also fraudulent and maybe benefiting or employees of the company.

I hope this fraud stops soon and people running this go to jail.
