Computer pop-up advertising anti-virus/spyware. In June, my Apple computer infected with virus and computer ruined when taken in to "Geek Squad". They were advertising anti-virusware as "MAC........." can't remember last part. Very deceptive! Had to buy new laptop, softwear,etc., and once now up and running again, able to go to my Capital One on-line account to find the $79.99 transaction! Now I am in the process of getting my $79.99 refunded.
Appreciate any help.
