Ebay purchase.. starts out as normal.
this case (as many others with this person) small gold bar. the buyer out bids all others and pays higher than normal price. funds show up in your paypal account.. and there is EXTRA money to ship to Japan.. and a lame excuse that he is traveling for the next few months. it seems strange.. but hey the money is in my paypal.. I send the gold bar, insured.. keep ALL documents. about 2months later I get an e-mail from Paypal saying there is a chargeback (credit card company says this is un-authorized) so I'm still in a battle over this. paypal SAYS they are fighting for me .. and we are going to get our money back.. but from all stories on the internet.. this is not the case.
I have found at least 3 other cases involving this same man.

it is better to set on the funds in your paypal account
and wait 2 months for them to want it back.
than loose your valuables AND the money.

he was the winner, and had a valid address on Ebay, so I didn't think much about it.
but now I see on the internet and this site that this is not a NEW scam for this guy.
there are other names.. but
Tomita San has shown up more than once.
I have just filled cases with
www.ic3.gov (the FBI of the internet)
as well as Ebay, paypal.. and will shortly with American Express.. and My local police department.. not sure what can be done since it is out of the country.. but I'm going to get as many agencies working on this as I can find.. one of them may just stumble upon this scammer or one of his USA helpers. and put him up for a few years in federal "pound you in the A$$ prison"

- I just sent off two gold coins and was researching the email of the buyer since they filed a chargeback on my paypal account before they even got the items. I too had someone pay and then ask me to ship to Japan. I even called Ebay and asked about this since it was the first time I had encountered this. Their email, on their paypal payment page was [email protected] but then i got an email from someone else. I now have lost 2 large gold coins but trying to fight it appears hopeless. Any suggestions would be helpful. I do have delivery tracking and Paypal told me to call the USPS andd try to intercept it before it's delivered. I hope I am successful in doing so.
