I ordered the product on the 18th of April on the understanding that I had a 30 day free trial, which was advertised on Facebook, was told I only had to pay postage. So submitted my credit card details, did not hear from them again, did not receive any product. I received my credit card statement and found that I had been charged $79.95 twice on the 3rd of May. In the second week of May I rang them up and told them not to send me any product and that I wanted a refund of my money. They then sent me the product which did not leave America until the 18th of May and I received the product on the 28th. Even though I rang them up and sent several emails to tell them not to send me any of the product, this has been an ongoing sager and they have still not sent me a refund or a RMA number to be able to send the product back
