I fell for one of those 'free' trial offers. When I realized that it was a 'bait and switch' I immediately cancelled the 'monthly' order and returned the skin products, certified, return receipt. Today, I received an email saying that they were shipping me more product!! I also felt impelled to cancel the credit card that they had on file so that no more charges could be applied against that card.
