I have payed this company several times a couple of hundreds and still
they bill me to much money on my next bill, I own a three family house but and my wife and myself occupy only one apartment the rest are for tenants which there hasn't been any for a couple of years. Their rates are out way to much for only the two of us. I been complaining several time but only to fall on deaf ears with a whole lot of excuses. Please tell me how to handle this problem, I also sent other letters to other contacts but with no answers as of yet.
