When I resided @ my previous apt., I lived behind a bar/restaurant and had at least 1/2 doz. immigrant tenants in the apt's. above me: I know that one or more of those apt's. were using electricity being charged to me....... because I have an FCC license and was thus able to identify the cause of RF interference emitted by my radio equipment. I complained to L.I.P.A. but "they" wouldn't conduct an FULL investigation until after I was forced to move. My complaint to N.Y.S. Attorneyh General's office for Consumer Fraud was rejected; and my complaint to the F.T.C. produced ONLY a temporary reduction of charges. The landlord terminated my tenancy when I declared that I would file bankruptcy before I paid the fraudulent bill......Employees of the Nassau Cty. Office of Housing & Homeless Serv. assisted the landlord (George Melillo) in forcing me out of the apt. & into another one of their choosing - one I strenuously objected to moving into, because of an untenable infestation w/ rats/mice, roaches, lice, tics, and alien employees of the landlord who go into my apt. when I'm out and steal everything they think I won't miss. The most recent gov't. employee - Barbara Boyle - handling my case coerced me to pay $50/mo. more than I was required to pay.....for six months; and now, with lease renewal, I will be coerced to pay more money than I am legally obliged to pay.
