I was charged $31.76 for a life-line phone and have been charged twice!! First I used live chat on their website-the rep said there was NO such transaction..then I called but THAT rep hung up on me!
I, too, am a senior living on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay double for an ObamaPhone!!
