They don't tell you when you apply for service, until after you apply and have been approved.............but takes 4 weeks or longer to receive your phone......pretty poor customer service for now days. Go with a different company. They also show upgraded phones on thier website, giving you the impression you can choose one of them for an extra fee........but then once your application is approved, you have to wait until you receive the free phone to upgrade, so your looking at even more time. VERRY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
