I was having difficulties with my computer and tried to contact microsoft and a screen came up describing their company as the authorized support link to solve such issues as mine. I allowed them access to my computer but they did not resolve the issue and I was still charged $150.00. This guy or guys are scam artists. DO NOT USE THEM for any computer problems you have.
