I placed an order for a Depeche Mode T-Shirt on the Acid Merch website, paid the $25.39 for the shirt and as of today, June 13, i have not received the T-Shirt NOR received any kind of email from them. I have sent close to 10 emails to [email protected] and have had NO REPLY whatsoever. There is no number listed on their site nor do they respond, they state on their website "Sorry, we do not offer telephone support at this time. The best way to contact us is email. You can send your inquiry to [email protected]" but that proves useless as nobody ever replies
I wish to take legal action against them but would like advise from others who have had the same experience. Has anyone actually received a t-shirt from the company at any time ?
