Owner: Amanda, was very rude and misrespectful. Three weeks ago
I called for an appointment for Mia , am elderly dog that needs
special attention as far as leaving her too long caged up. I have
always made appt. so that she would be done in a couple of hrs.
For the last 3 wks she Amanda could not groom my dog for differant
reasons, finaly she set up an appt. for 6/11/13 @ 9:ooam. I called
at 8:45 to comfirm appt. since she is so unrealible, She did not answer the phone @ 9:30 she called be back telling me she could no
longer take care of my dog, reason she gave she is extremly busy and
did not care if I did business else where. The reason I did not go
@ 9 because I know she was not there.They are from Mexico and think
they can abuse on peoples feeling. Amanda is irrisponsible, rude
and very bad attitudes. According to her she does not need my business.
