In February time frame I was contacted by Clear Vision Financial about doing a loan modification on my existing mortgage. I sent them the required information and they told me that I would be a good candiate and I would be able to save money. they required payment of $4,195.00 up front to be able to get things going. I paid the money in good faith that they would get me my loan modification. They sent me a copy of what my loan terms would be. Just had to wait for the documents from the mortgage company. In the meantime I was told not to make any mortgage payments since it wouldn't be applied to the new loan. Even though I was getting daily phone calls from my mortgage company looking for payment. when I told them that i was in the process of doing a loand modification, they said they knew nothing about it. When I would mention this to Mr. Aaron Cox and would forard him the letter's I was receiving he said "That's just computer generated and not to worry". Every week he tells me that we are just waiting on the doc's from the mortgage company. I was originally informed that I would be making my first new payment May 10th 2013. That date has come and gone and now I don't even hear from Mr. Aaron Cox, nor does he answer email or voicemail.
