Was offered free trial of Liposlim & Natural Cleanse, which never arrived.Asked to pay for postage of about £3.00 only for both.Noticed yesterday credit card charged for £79.98 twice making it £160.00.This is blatant fraud and perpretators are uncontactable.

- Hey! I have had the same problem, I cancelled before the trial had expired they said it had been cancelled and STILL took money from my account!!! luckily I found online a UK helpline number 0800 011 9520, after arguing with them and threatening to take it further as they have RIPPED me off and I was happy to return the products, and would never have bought them if I had known they were rip off merchants they have given me 100% refund. It is not in my bank yet but I have been sent a confirmation email, please pass this helpline number onto other UK victims! Good luck x

- I've only paid. For postage I think my bank are stopping the payments on my behalf though I'm yet to speak to them as I'm in South Africa for the week. I had an email this morning saying to contact them as they had problems taking the money from my account after many unsuccessful attempts. No idea what to do

- Same here. I have had an e-mail to say that it has been refunded to my account but so far no money has been deposited. When I rang customer services a very officious man said that I should have read the terms and conditions!!! He gave me transaction numbers and said to contact my bank as it showed on their records that I had been refunded. Of course they knew nothing about any refund. I rang the fraud desk and they have put a stop to any further request for money but I am over £400 out of pocket. Mug or what!!!!. Just wanted to say to anyone reading this. 'DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT' It's very unlikely that you (or I) will get our money back.
