I applied for a free trial and received one item marked 'free trial' and in the same parcel received a pack marked 'complete program' around 25th May 2013. I did not request the complete program at any time. Resultantly both items remain unopened awaiting some sort of correspondence. Nothing arrived other than a debit to my account for the equivalent of usd 94.00. If hydraWhite wish to collect them they can.
