This company portrays themselves as the USPS and or the Postal Service to facilitate the change of mailing addresses for individuals, families, and businesses. The truth is that this company is deliberately deceptive with regard to their actual status as a privately held company, that is in no way affiliated with the U.S. Government or USPS. Their customer representatives are instructed to obfuscate and withhold that "change-my-address.com" will charge $19.99 for the interaction, while the USPS will charge $1.00. change-my-address.com has been directed to clearly mark the USPS and Postal Service titles with registered trade mark symbols. change-my-address.com is a deceptive organization. One of the "owners" threatened to have me "dragged from my home and beaten." I plan to submit reports of the fraud of change-my-address.com to any and all services available.
