Company masquerades as a USPS site. VERY deceptive. RIP OFF. You think you're on the USPS site, where the postal service charges one dollar for an address change. You fill out all information, including debit or credit card info. Then, you receive a charge for 19.99! In our case, we rec'd TWO charges for $19.99.
We disputed charges w/bank. They agreed to refuse payment to these scammers and then we canceled our debit card and ordered a new one.
When I contacted the USPS, both their Inspector's office and Consumer Affairs office claimed they had no knowledge of this company or the scam. And you wonder why the postal service is going broke! I told them they could Google it online and find hundreds of complaints. They are totally inept and clueless.
