I had booked a flight from Vancouver, BC for May 25..I had just gotten off a cruise ship, and when I got to the airport, I find out my reservations were from the Victoria, BC airport which is about 3.5 hours away..I had to purchase an additional ticket from Vancouver to Seattle, a 30 min flight, for $171.77 plus a $100.00 change fee..I had already paid $305.69 for the flight..I had thought that Vancouver and Victoria shared the same airport much like Seattle and Tacoma, Mpls-St.Paul, and Dallas-Ft Worth..
When I have attempted to contact CheapOAir, I got put on hold, and had to leave a message..I have not heard from CheapOAir at all..I have also left several messages on their facebook, and website, but no answers..I think they owe me the extra $ it cost for my flight as they gave me the incorrect information and charges to begin with..
