Re; Borax Mule Detergent Ref # US201304-026403


Purshased the Borax product from Walmart. Used product as directed and clothing came out of washer discolored. I contacted company. They helped me file claim. Told me to send in all damaged items-they provided a self adress paid return label.
Later a manager called me to tell me that their lab tested my items and, only that they do not have bleach in any of ther borax products and that my claim is denied and they will be returning items.
All I can say is that I normally use Tide regular detergent in my wash with no problems. For the first time I tried their Borax in all of my loads only because after I carefully read the box, there was no where that suggested only using it in white load. I used borax and regular Tide and my clothes came out ruined. They will take no responsiblity for this. They almost suggested that I did something or maybe Tide was the problem. If tide were the problem, that same box was used on my previous wash, with absolutly no problem.
So, I an out of my money for purshasing the product and, out of my clothing which is totally ruined.
Company does not own up.
