bought nonstick pan seasoned it per the instructions....it should be called a ALL STICK pan....called for warranty...was directed to 3 different 800 numbers..1 website....and none have been able to help....the warranty is a joke so is the pan...they give you the runaround til you give up like I did....buyer beware
