I thought I was on the USPS website since it looks exactly the same and when I checked my bank account for the $1 fee I know the UPSP charges, I was charged 19.95 from CHANGEMYADDRESS.COM. I didn't realize I had to be so carefull to assume that a company which portrays themselves as the USPS would actually be a scam charging 19.95 for me to change my address when it actually can be done for $1. THis is ridiculous and this company should be shut done andmoney refunded. THere is no place on the website that it states that you will be charged a fee of $19.95, that would have obviously prompted me to take a 2nd look at what website I was really on and go to the correct site.

  • Same thing happened to me, I stopped payment/disbuted the charge and they decided they would ALLOW me to get a refund. Dispute the charges since the site does not say the 19,96 charge.
