This company is running a scam. Located in China their website appears to be located in the US however if you google company information you will find it located in China. I was lucky to make a wig purchase using Paypal-HIGHLY SUGGEST IT! NEVER, use your own personal credit cards online, especially when there are really bad companies out for only the $$$ online. I didn't get the wig in 10 days, took almost 3 weeks. The wig was of horrible quality, was suppose to be dark brown, had gray pieces in it, once washed it was filthy dirt coming out, haircolor-this was a human hair purchase. The wig didn't look anything like it said online. I tried as well as many others contacting the online 24/7 chat, its rigged folks! Once you contact them after an order on any returns they try to not answer you. Try using a bogus name, etc they will answer. They wanted photos of the wig, sent them! Then they tried to only give me a 10% refund. HA! Contact whomever you used payment for when dealing with this money ASAP! Don't waste your time working with the company. I believe this might be a small office where they sell them out of China and who knows who donated the hair and at what price. YIKES! Buyer BEWARE!!
I am lucky, I got my money back minus $11.00 shipping. Never again!

- Your Post is exactly what I experienced and if you don't mind can I copy it? I am in the process of building a page on face book, word press and circulating a page on Twitter to warn others. I will also mention this website for others to air their complaints. If pay Pal don't refund me then I will get some satisfaction by letting as many people world wide know about their unscrupulous behaviour.
