I ordered two products at 4.95 each (no shipping) Was billed for them on 5/5. Then, on 5/20 there was a bill for 99.00 and on 5/24 a bill for 89.00 all on my credit card account. I called the company and was told I had to cancel my account or they charged more for the products and the 4.95 was just shipping. No where on the order form did it say that.
The manager offered to take 50.00 off each charge leaving me with 99.00 to pay. When I objected to that, he said I would just have to file a claim with my bank and then added, "Have a nice day, Connie."
I think this is fraud. I would never order anything this costly and untried. The company knows that and hides their practices. I am furious.
