I went to walgreens and purchased a money pak at the register for 200. I paid cash BC they don't accept debit or credit for it, and I went home to deposit it in my PayPal account. Well when I got home my card had a balance of $0.00. I called moneypak and they told me that my card had been refunded. they said they had sent it to the address that the car was registered under. But I have never given an address to Walgreens or two moneypak - when I explained this they said there was an error setting up this money back. I tried to find out where they were sending the money in case it was to the Walgreens where originally purchased it but they would not disclose this information without a court order or warrant. They then told me that my case was closed and resolved. The refund check had been cashed they told me, so as far as they were concerned it was taken care of. I still have not received my money. Its a serious case of fraud and there is no way I can prove it wasn't me without a name or address of the person they sent it to.
