i put all my money on a moneypak card on 10/23/12,i went and sign up for a wal-mart prepaid visa card well i got my hard copy in wednesday and i try to transfer my money over to my visa and they told me that my 250. was used up i never scratched the silver off the back until today i really need to get this straighten out very soon
