A friend and i went to bally total fitness wanting to get in shape for the summer. i was told by one of the workers there that we could enter into a NON Contractual agreement. that it would be month to month and i could cancel whenever i wanted. after signing up i went back to let them know i would no longer want this plan and the man who sold it to me dodged me would not speak to me then they lied and said he no longer works there. and he actually put me into a four year contract. now i'm being sued by midland funding for the amount they say i owe.
