I had been promised that I would be entered into a raffle drawing hosted across the US and was not told I was being subscribed to a magazine company and contracted to pay all for magazines (approximately $1030) through my credit card (which they said was for easy deposit if I won cash prizes). They asked very specific questions about the numbers and name on my card; front, back, everything. Half way into the subscription, I asked if there were any way to cancel the subscription and they told me I would only be able to get out of it by paying half the amount ($515). I payed thinking that was the end of it, about a week later I got a call telling me about their automatic renewal. I declined and they continued charging me saying there was a second part of the subscription. Additionally, the payments weren't consistent like they described and occurred as often as twice a month. There is a website they have that has no posted terms and conditions nor a copy of the agreement I was apparently contracted into.

Update: 05/28/2013

Also, the phone numbers and locations of where the card was charged aren't consistent and the phone numbers are out of operation

Update: 05/28/2013

I've recalculated the damages through my bank statements with Chase and it actually comes out to $669.50 in damage
