I ordered a free trial of Beri Ultimate Pro and Liposom and was charged £5.10 plus £1 p&p on one product and £6.13 plus £1 p&p on the other which was debited from my account on 20th September 2011. I have now discovered a further £71.65 plus £1 p&p has been taken out of my account on 3rd October 2011.Why has this happened?

- It was not 72.65 dollars, it was 72.65 pounds sterling,that I had unlawfully taken from my account.Its not acceptible. Surely some one should be held responsible and with fast results. And to be asked for proof of damages i.e.bank details.Why would I need to give the details of the transaction,they were quick enough to debit my account for p&p on 20th Sept and then again for £££72.65 two weeks later. It proves they have my details already.
