I signed up for a free trial, but within the month they have taken £69 (+£1.95 post and packaging!) out of my account, and have emailed me to say they want to take another £69 tomorrow. They say it is a monthly charge, to which I signed - which, of course, I didn't because it was a "free" trial.
I have rung them several times and been on their website to get a refund and close my account. They have said they will, but I am not hopeful. I have cancelled my bank card as well, which is inconvenient to me.
