on may 22 i called to adjust my new plan and corrected as it sit up after switch me over the phone and waiting over an hour they said i have to wait up to 7 business days will set i called on may 8 and may 13 nothing done i had to pay the high bill .it was due date i wait for next bill to get the low cost plan PLUS my credit ! i got the next bill on may 24 with termination fees and a different plan with no contract for $364.84 i called and talked to kristi employee # tmku she send again request to correct it but she said no garantee plus she can not fix the long distant plan with the correct price plus i have to wait another 12 business days .so i will have to pay the wrong amount again and she said be aware you could be in an empty circle this is at&t system and i could not do anything !
