I was advised i won this money by national data advisors,I had sent the claim form before the due date 5/30/2013. I sent 20.00 dollars in with my clam form as required,then i looked them up on scam watch and saw this happened to another person. the exact same thing.I had the monies already spent signing promises to car places to pay when the money came thru, not only that big time embaressment. I thought i was well educated,but i am not a criminal so i really thought it to be true.i am crushed. can i sue them for promising me this money and i allready in trouble because i promised the car dealership there amount when it came in. please can someone help me to give me advice on how to legaly file a complant for emotional distress on finding out this was a scam i am ready for a break down. jennifer
