I was connected to this company automatically when seeking support through the Microsoft Support website. I spent 4 hours online as 3 separate technicians "fixed" my problem and was charged $249.99. Not only was the problem not fixed, but they totally messed up my computer, my network and also tried to get me to pay $340 additional to avoid these issues in the future for six months. Luckily, I refused that deal and just agreed to let them take over my computer to fix my complaints which involved the hourglass that won't disappear and a very delayed action when in excel and word. Those issues remain. A major concern of mine is that they didn't allow me to read the agreement but diverted the cursor to the "sign" option for the agreement.
