My email box was one week inundated for a free trial offer of some of their face cream for only shipping and handling. A low fee of $2.95. Being my first online transaction ever, I thought why not it only a couple of bucks. So I pull out my credit card put out the handling fee and received the 3 little vials of dead sea creams. I tried 2 of them didn't like the product and basically shelved them. Then 2 months later on my May credit card statement I received a charge of $149.95 for a product I have not even received. I did not return the 3 little of cream vials. They were mine a free trial offer and I never thought any further, until Smack once again the $149.95 Charge for something I did not receive or quite frankly want. They espouse auto renewal, but do not explain clearly what you are paying or will have to pay. I feel like it is extortion to a point. And definitely a scam. My boyfriend at the time said " Don't do it" and I replied, "oh no dear its only a small shipping fee". Much to my regret and dismay I so hope you can help me.
