For the last 10 months, the local postmaster returned all unclaimed "Sleep supplement" that I never ordered in the first place. Biogenetics says that without a tracking number they would not know where it is ! Had all kind of arguments with them but to no avail.I used the same phone numbers and filière that other customers used of course! Had to cancel my credit card to stop that fraud, and take my lost.
