I was ordering shoes from this seller, originally from ioffer.com where their user name was xuanhua7788. The seller stated they did not use paypal and to use Western Union and to contact them via email, which I did -stupidly. Nevertheless, his username attached with the email [email protected] is Niuza.
I was isntructed to trasnfer $260 which again naively I did, and was charged an additional $25 fee for such a transfer. I have filed a report with Western Union, and will be doing so with the state police as well as the State Attorney General.

- Hi, Did you receive your shoes? because I also found them on ioffer and made a payment to them monday morning and I havent heard from them yet. I was supposed to receive the tracking number and I havent. they used a different email address. And now they are no longer available on ioffer.
