We went to a seminar in Phuket run by Designer Way Vacation Club and bought into their holiday scheme in March 2008. The five years are now up and we sent back all the relevant documentation absolutely to the letter of instruction by registered post to receive our Cash Back. Asia Redemption received our registered mail on 1st March 2013, but to date have not received our refund. I guess we were suckers and this was a scam. Chris

  • Hi. We did the same thing, almost the same timeframe as you, and after many emails, we can't get a response from them. I submitted my question through their "contact" page on their website and received a response to my email thanking us for the email and advising someone will be in contact soon. Of course nothing. Any ideas how we can deal with this. There is no phone number to ring. The Vacation people are not associated with this. So unhappy that we have been "screwed over".
