Apt Answering Service told me they did not do any lockouts and to call locksmith. (someone stole my keys at the grocery store) Called this company and the woman said that free quote and trip. The locksmith had
a bad attitude on phone and in person. First told me $120 to unlock door. I told him that it was all I had and my social security check was
not due until June 3rd. "well how about $100? I finally agreed as I had no choice. I gave him my debit card and he walked of the porch and
turned his back to me. I later found out, he went ahead and took the
$120 off my card, leaving me no money for groceries. He gave me no receipt, nor did he offer to make me a key (Apt. office-person on call) This charge is double what others in area charge per my checking it out after the fact on my computer. I am upset that he lied
and he committed fraud. Do not want it to happen to others; want him to pay the price for his bad actions/choices. Mary Lane
