A TENNESSEE SCAM
A simple requet to replace two locks on my commercial building just outside of Nashville, Tennessee was met with a prompt return from RunLocal Locksmith. There "representative" named Bob arrived and replaced the locks but did not have the necessary parts with him to complete the job by putting thumb turns o the inside of each door. He indicated that he would return the next day or two to complete the job. My mistake was paying the full $150 before the job was complete. This was back on Dec. 3, 2011. Aftre three seprate complaint calls to customer service informinmg them of the situation where I only have 1/2 of two new locks they have refused to complete the job. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY
