I ordered the free trial and was charged C$5.95 for S&H. After reading all the horrible experience people had, I immediately went to their website asking to cancel my order and again reply to their order confirmation e-mail asking for cancellation. Then I received another email 2 days later that the order was being sent. I send another e-mail to protest about it Another 2 days passed, i received another e-mail as below:

Thank you for getting in touch with us. I am sorry to hear that you want to cancel and return your trial Beauty Kit order, I hope you have thought that over and realize what you'll be missing out on.

To save you time and hassle, I can offer to let you keep the kit for only **C$69.95**. This is a great deal, as our 3-step Beauty Kit sells for over C$200 at retail locations, so you'd get to have it for a fraction of its cost and not worry about return shipping and such associated costs.

Your trial period (14 days allowed for returns) expires on: 25-May-2013

Your name, address and email must be clearly written on the return package, both inside and out.

Please note that we would need proof of postage, such as a tracking ID or scanned paid postage receipt (or photo of it), to ensure that you are not charged before we receive your return kit, I would request that you send us same as soon as you have returned it, so that we can revoke the full price from billing to your account, once the 14 days have expired.
