Website was designed to look "official", and I must say that Google must be partially responsible since the site was the first one on the list of change of address options. No indication of such a large fee would be c harged; also no e-mail confirmation assured. I filled out the form and submitted it with credit card number--again no mention of a charge. No confirmation came, either. This morning I saw the charge for $19.95 on my credit card online site. I disputed it immediately and cancelled the card because that number had been compromised. While trying to contact the company with the toll-free number, a message informed me that the limit on calls had been reached--so no phone contact. It is hard to imagine that this is a legitimate business, and I hope that Google will cease being the "enabler." There is no means of finding out whether their services will be honored. Best to avoid this company altogether, and be sure to dispute the charge as soon as possible with the credit card company. Also file a paper change-of-address form with your local post office.
