I ordered flowers, chocolates and a card for my mum to be delivered on mother's day, may 12. When they didn't arrive on the day I emailed them the next morning requesting to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told I couldnt have a refund as my order had already been prepared and was on the delivery/courier truck en route to my mums house. When the order still hadn't arrived by the end of the day I again requested a refund and to canel. This went unanswered, so I emailed again several times the next day and rang numerous more times. Each time saying I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund. At 4pm on Tuesday, 2 days after meant to be delivered and more than 28hours after apparently eing on the way to her house they were delivered and refuses to my mum. They were in asealed box, so she decided flowers that had been in a box supposedly fromSunday without light or water weren't desirable. I have since sent over 10 emails and numerous phone calls requesting my money back based on the combined fact that flowers were not only not delivered when promised but were in no way fresh! I have had no answer and have found there is no where to go from here. They don't offer any kind of contact information or complaints area, not to mention the fact that they seem to spend more time deceiving their customers then pleasing them, or simply honouring promises and strike me a scam, they are very quick to take your money, but you need to fight to get anything for it!!!! I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy, I honestly don't understand how they are still operating. I personally will be reporting them to the ombudsmen, consumer affairs and the local police! Figure they deserve as much as a headache as they have given me!
