I saw a report from Channel 6--we have a channel 6 in my town--I thought it was them as it was not identified. I ordered the introductory offer for $4.98. I was never notified that my bank account would automatically have $159.98 deducted. What a shock--cost me a lot in overdraft charges. I returned the product, got confirmation that that received the return,was told my refund would come within 4 weeks. I have been in constant, almost weekly communication with Leanspa reps, who keep reassuring me that I will get my money back--I returned their product--why can't I get a refund??? Should I go to the Feds?
