hi my name is roger i want to complaint about this company .....this is a fraud company run by few individuals in India. I had a printer problem in my computer and i was getting an error for Printhead and i give them a call to fix it thinking they are cannon, somebody came on the call took a remote of my computer and started to run some steps on my computer without my permission.
1. they open EVENTVIEWER on the computer and showed me all of the errors and warnings of my computer that were generated few days back.
2. they opened Command promt and entered few commands on it one of them was "netstat", that showed me all the foreign addresses that i have on my computer.they told me that these are the hackers in my computer and they are stealing my financial details.
after showing me all the crap on the computer they asked me if i have any other computer or not and they told me that these hackers are on the same computer as well.
they scammed me for all the three computers i have for $199 each.
i want some one to get me back my money from them.
and stop them from doing this in future to anybody else.
