Told I was selected as one of a group of people in my area to receive a grant from the federal reserve of approx. 10k, in order to do so there where processing fee's involved these where to be sent via western union and money grams. The process continued to escalate every time was told this would be final amount and the funds would be reimbursed and would be deposited into my acct. I was assured the invested funds would be refunded if the grant didn't work at present David Chopper sr.acct.mngr. promised that after a $1500. money gram the grant funds totaling $30,500. would be in my acct. just got off the phone with David, 424 652 8797 wants another $1700. to finalize deal told him not going to happen and want my funds returned as promised, say's there will be undetermined processing fee's, please advise ASAP. thanks Charles Chapot(Personal Information Removed), (Personal Information Removed)hm.
